KSO needs tests to ensure that our scheduler profiles are properly translated to a matching KubeSchedulerConfiguration in the operator

Looked at the PR and i see that PR contains tests unit tests for descheduler operator and there is nothing for QE to verify. Also confirmed same with dev, so moving the bug to verified state.
