Description of problem:
------------------------
The current assessment text for the validation rule for snapshots is: "Warm migration may not be possible for this VM”. This is no longer the case and warm migration will be unaffected, however online snapshots are still not currently supported by OpenShift Virtualization(OCPv). Offline snapshots are supported by OCPv.

The assessment text needs to be updated to this:
"Online snapshots are not currently supported by OpenShift Virtualization"

The fix should be part of build mtv-operator-bundle-container-2.0.0-4 / iib:72115.
