This needs context, for almost all readers this would not make sense. I happen to know this refers to the Neutron security groups driver, but not everyone would know that.

Since we support either driver I would actually just remove this line entirely. If you want to keep it, you can add a sentence for context, for example "The migration supports ML2/OVS with either Neutron security groups driver: ..."
