paraview-devel and vtk-devel provide %{_bindir}/vtkProbeOpenGLVersion

vtkProbeOpenGLVersion was introduced in vtk-devel 9.0.1 3 months ago (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/vtk/c/a6fa95ab4cf8c0149b86c8a35d9ed7760e35e156)
and paraview-devel 1 year ago (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/paraview/c/13a3655eb4d4630e28e9b39e20c8c25f60d3b463)

1. Install both paraview-devel and vtk-devel

Actual results:
conflicts

being able to install both

the conflict has been removed with this commit https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/paraview/c/74d65aa0323ce109d0090b706984aa9b8be9bf44
