Description of problem:

I was searching for some documentation on thin provionned disk extension policy, but I don't find any reference about it in oVirt docs.

Some references that helped me:

We should document the configuration on vdsm side based on:
https://github.com/oVirt/vdsm/blob/master/doc/thin-provisioning.md#configuration

The documentation should:
- explain how disks are extended using the default configuration
- explain how to tune the configuration to avoid pausing vms when
  using fast storage
