When logging in to bugzilla.redhat.com using a Red Hat Customer account, your email address is blank. When I try to update my email address
 [1], even though I entered my correct password, it states "You did not enter your password correctly."

Hi, are you using your Bugzilla password? It should be different from your Red Hat Customer account password.
