deprecatedapirequestcount got removed and replaced with apirequestcount

This is the issue I raised in #qe-group-b Slack channel. Checked 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-05-06-003426, no "deprecatedapirequests" now:
oc get co kube-apiserver -o yaml
...
  - group: apiserver.openshift.io
    name: ""
    resource: apirequestcounts
...
