I have my quicklab cluster, and replaced IO to the one

Only content of config/metrics.json was:

# error: Get "https://prometheus-k8s.openshift-monitoring.svc:9091/federate?match%5B%5D=etcd_object_counts&match%5B%5D=cluster_installer&match%5B%5D=namespace%3Acontainer_cpu_usage_seconds_total%3Asum_rate&match%5B%5D=namespace%3Acontainer_memory_usage_bytes%3Asum&match%5B%5D=vsphere_node_hw_version_total": dial tcp 172.30.194.252:9091: i/o timeout

the link contains "vsphere_node_hw_version_total".. And nothing else is inside the file, does not look good to me.. I will try again with cluster-bot

This bug will be shipped as part of next z-stream release 4.7.11 on May 19th, as 4.7.10 was dropped due to a blocker https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1958518.
