Fails to pass list. Error "can't be blank"

Description of problem:

In Satellite 6.7.0 GA, when selecting all (i.e. greater than fits on my screen) and selecting Apply Selected, the page fails to send the list of errata to the job invocation. See attached screenshots.
When an individual erratum is selected, behaviour is normal.
When only the errata displayed on the page are selected (just ticking the all box at the top of the table), behaviour is normal.
When "selecting all 225" (e.g.) and selecting Apply Selected, list is not passed.

Upon review of our valid but aging backlog the Satellite Team has concluded that this Bugzilla does not meet the criteria for a resolution in the near term, and are planning to close in a month.
