.Ceph File System snapshots can now be scheduled with `snap_schedule` plugin With this release, a new ceph-mgr plugin, `snap_schedule` is now available for scheduling snapshots of the Ceph File System (CephFS). The snapshots can be created, retained, and automatically garbage collected.

Provide functionality to schedule snapshots for directory paths in CephFS. The user should be able to add directories for scheduled snapshots, remove andl list (basic CRUD ops).

Furthermore, provide the user to set different retention policies for directories, I.e., how many snapshots to retain -- can be N number of days, weeks or months.
