Description Samuel Padgett 2021-05-03 14:18:14 UTC
The analyze job has started failing with the following error:

Error: Cannot create a string longer than 0x1fffffe8 characters

We've disabled this in CI for now. Upgrading webpack-cli and webpack-bundle-analyzer does not address the issue (see https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/8830).

We should see if we can address this issue so we can run the webpack bundle analyzer and reenable the job by reverting https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/18226

Comment 2 Yanping Zhang 2021-05-07 00:29:17 UTC
https://search.ci.openshift.org/?search=Cannot+create+a+string+longer+than&maxAge=48h&context=1&type=bug%2Bjunit&name=console-master-analyze&excludeName=&maxMatches=5&maxBytes=20971520&groupBy=job
After the fix, check the job log, there is no error now:"Cannot create a string longer than 0x1fffffe8 characters".
The bug is fixed.
