Fix.

Description of problem:
There is s3fs-fuse package with network filesystem of Amazon S3.
There is also Backblaze using the same network filesystem protocol.
I was curious why Backblaze bills me each morning for ~100GB of downloaded data (my whole data set now). That was because of mlocate.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mlocate-0.26-28.fc34.x86_64
mlocate-0.26-8.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
dnf install mlocate

Actual results:
Pay USD 0.60 per month for nothing.

Expected results:
No increased payments!

Additional info:
It would be nice to fix it also in RHEL/CentOS.

This is wrong, mlocate was not really downloading anything, just reading directories. Still I believe this patch is correct as there are already excluded other network filesystems.

Duplicate of #1935668 although this includes a patch.
