Describe the issue:

Since there is no ceph_docker_image_tag at the all.yml example, the ceph-ansible uses the default which is;

roles/ceph-defaults/defaults/main.yml:ceph_docker_image_tag: latest-nautilus

But there is no such a tag and installation fails.
