Description of problem:

When trying to drag or click the scrolling bar of search filter, the search filter window will be automatically closed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in ACM
2. Click the 'Search' button from the home page
3. Click the 'Search items' from the search bar
4. Drag or click the scrolling bar

Actual results:

the search filter window will be automatically closed

Expected results:

should be able to scroll and check more available options
