BZ 1944056 removes qemu-kvm from power.

We should add ExcludeArch: %{power64} to supermin.

Verified with package:
supermin-5.2.1-2.el9.1

Steps:

1. Check the information for supermin-5.2.1-2.el9.1 and there is no related supermin-* packages built on ppc64le.
