BZ 1944056 removes qemu-kvm from power.

We should add ExcludeArch: %{power64} to virt-top.

I can reproduce this issue with build:
virt-top-1.0.9-18.el9
Then try to verify this bug with new build:
virt-top-1.0.9-20.el9
Step:
1. Check the information for virt-top-1.0.9-20.el9

Summary:
In the new build, there is no related packages built on ppc64le.
