Description of problem:
=======================
On Mate, after a logout and re-login pipewire audio does not work anymore.

The services are still there:
 1943 ?        S<sl   0:00 /usr/bin/pipewire
 1944 ?        S<sl   0:00 /usr/bin/pipewire-pulse
 1955 ?        S<l    0:00 /usr/bin/pipewire-media-session

It happens, after updates, on clean installs of the MATE spin.
The live image as it is, is not affected until upgraded.
