What happened?

New region/zone  in GCP is unavailable (europe-central2)


What did you expect to happen?

All regions/zone should be usable with openshift-installer


How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Run the installer and see which regions are available.

europe-central2 (Warsaw, Poland) appears in registry.ci.openshift.org/ocp/release:4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-05-21-101954
