What happened?
There is guide how to change NTP server in post processes we need to add Day 1 process to the guide too

What did you expect to happen?
There is no guide how to change NTP servers as part of Day 1 process


Anything else we need to know?
To change NTPs server as part of Day one procedure we need to take ~/ntp-server.yaml form the original guide and put it in the directory that we create the manifest from
