I've proposed a change upstream to get rid of the last deprecated functions usage:

mokutil-0.4.0-6.el9 passes our basic regression tests, so I am setting Verified:Tested.
I am not able to run the full Secure Boot tests since RHEL9 still lacks support for that overall, but as far as I can see this patch should not have an impact on that.
