Add RHEL 8 s390x libreoffice packages

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Request to add LibreOffice RPMS for s390x architecture for RHEL 8

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

LibreOffice was part of the s390x platform for RHEL 6 and now their customers are upgrading to RHEL 7 or RHEL 8 and still need to have the LibreOffice software

4. Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?

No

5. Does the customer have any specific timeline dependencies and which release would they like to target (i.e. RHEL5, RHEL6)?

RHEL 8

6. Is the sales team involved in this request and do they have any additional input?

No

7. List any affected packages or components.

I don't think the conversions are going to work without the -impress/-calc/-writer subpackages installed. I don't know how that affects the dependency chain in the light of that.
