Description of problem:

After upgrading the Pipelines Operator from V1.2.2 to V1.2.3 there is a lot of csv's from both versions. The version 1.2.2 displayed:

"cannot update" - Catalog source was removed
Version 1.2.3. "Pending" - up to date
~~~


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.6.13


How reproducible:

Not sure how to reproduce it, I asked in Slack and they told me to open a bug to check it
