Description of problem:
Directory Server had to fix a CVE BZ#1931182 in rhel 7.9 z stream and this fix broke pki server installation.
In turn, PKI fixed the issue in BZ #1949136.

ipa needs to bump the required versions of 389-ds and pki-core to make sure that both updates are installed, otherwise ipa-server-installation would fail.

As per description in comment #0 ipa-server with replica and client installed successfully with logs in #6 
Thus based on this marking bug as verified.
