Cause:
vsphere-problem-detector, newly introduced in OCP 4.7, required valid vSphere credentials to operate successfuly.
Consequence:
OCP clusters without valid vSphere credentials were marked as Degraded, while such clusters were running without issues in the previous OCP versions.
Fix:
vsphere-problem-detector does not mark the cluster as Degraded, only raises an alert.

Verified on 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-05-27-075039 1. For fresh installed cluster, after changing to a invalid password, storage CO is available with the hint message, related metric works and alert raised 2. Installing 4.6.30 cluster and changing to a invalid password and then upgrade to 4.7 successfully, storage CO is available with the hint message 3.
