Description of problem:
Some graphs of console dashboards have no legend and tooltips are difficult to undstand compared with grafana

For example
Graph 'Disk Space Utilization' in Dashboard 'Use method / Node'

Test with pr, tooltips display as expected.

tested with 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-05-21-233425, tooltips display as expected, see the picture
