hdparm --dco-identify produces invalid Real max sectors output for drives with certain sizes. This bug is the c9s version of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1959918

Thanks, we still have the luxury of rebasing so I'll just update hdparm to the upstream 9.62 release for CentOS Stream 9.
