Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy 2 OCP cluster 
2. Connect two cluster and deploy ocs with rbd-async
3. check for `oc get volumereplications`

Moving to ceph-csi since it's a csi addon., not the perfect component but closer than Rook.
