Description of problem:
Text encoding wrong when pasting Calc cells in Writer as DDE Link.

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select cells in Calc that contain latin characters such as ñ, á, é, ç
2. paste in writer as DDE link
  
Actual results:
Text encoding horribly broken.

Expected results:
Correct characters shown
