Describe the issue:

While attempting disk replacement via UI in OCS 4.6(LSO 4.6) , we hit the Bug-1962222.

Since the the fix for the engineering bug would take time to be released in 4.6, it was discussed and suggested to add the step for removing stale symlinks in the replacement docs

IIUC from the chat discussions with Rohan, Servesha and Afreen, we might hit this issue for both UI and CLI based disk replacements in LSO. Hence, we need to provide WA steps to delete the symlinks before adding a new disk

The content needs to be planned, but a rough amount of steps would include:
