Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/32554 has been resolved.

Tested on Satellite 6.10.0 Snap 6.0
Version: rubygem-foreman_maintain-0.8.2-1.el7sat.noarch


Observation:
Tested 6.10 Satellite and Capsule upgrade for y-stream and z-stream scenarios.
In Satellite, post-upgrade we hit this issue https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1967685
