Doc Text:
.`ceph-volume` uses `bluestore_block_db_size` parameter for deploying Ceph OSDs Previously, `ceph-volume` would create an incorrectly sized block.db logical volume when deploying Ceph OSDs as it would ignore the value of `bluestore_block_db_size` parameter in the `ceph.conf` file. With this release, `ceph-volume` uses the value of `bluestore_block_db_size` parameter from the `ceph.conf` file when creating the block.db logical volumes and Ceph OSDs are deployed as expected.

https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/41714 is available in v16.2.5 upstream, and we've rebased ceph-5.1-rhel-patches to v16.2.6, so I'm moving this to ON_QA.
