Description of problem:
Subscriptions table does not appear after uploading manifest.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.10_1.0

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upload a manifest


Actual results:
After manifest is finished uploading, the table of available subscription does not show up.  Instead, the message "There are no Subscriptions to display" appear.

Expected results:
Manifest should finish upload and the subscription table should appear and is populated.

Hi @ltran,

Does the table appear when you refresh the page in the browser?

This is a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1954043 and it'll be included in an upcoming snap - likely this week! It's part of Katello 4.1 RC2
