Description of problem:
xindy does not run because clisp was updated and it wasn't also rebuilt.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
texlive-xindy-20200327-28.fc34.x86_64
clisp-2.49.93-18.d9cbf22git.fc34.x86_64


Steps to Reproduce:
1. xindy --version

Actual results:
xindy release: 2.5.1
xindy script version: 1.18
/usr/lib64/clisp-2.49.93+/base/lisp.run: initialization file `/usr/bin/xindy.mem' was not created by this version of CLISP runtime


Expected results:
No error message.
