Description of problem:
gramps can not be installed on CentOS 8

5.1.2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. execute the cinnand: "dnf install gramps"

Actual results:
I get error message:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides osm-gps-map-gobject needed by gramps-5.1.2-1.el8.noarch
  - nothing provides python3-pyicu needed by gramps-5.1.2-1.el8.noarch

Expected results:
gramps is installed

Is there anything that I can do to speed up this process?

If the maintainers of the dependent packages aren't being responsive, you could start this process:

But first, if they don't object but are not willing to maintain EL-8 branches, I could.

JFI: For both missing deps: fedoras versions can be straight away be rebuild. A test in COPR builded and could used with gramps from EPEL.
