Fedora ships http crate with versions 0.1.21 (rust-http0.1 package) and 0.2.4 (rust-http package) in Fedora 34 and Rawhide.

Versions that fix this issue (0.1.21, 0.1.20 was skipped) were pushed to Fedora in December 2019. Since there were at least two mass rebuilds since then, no package statically linked with against older versions of http should remain in Fedora.
