Description of problem:
The libccd package is built for EPEL 7, but there is no build of libccd for EPEL 8. Please build libccd for EPEL 8.

Additional info:
All of the dependencies for this package are already met, and the current rawhide branch builds successfully against EPEL 8: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=68709474
