Description tmicheli 2021-05-25 17:00:46 UTC
Description of problem:
In a ShiftOnStack (SoS) scenario live-migration of the control plane of the OCP cluster is currently not supported. If I do a live-migration (one control-plane node after the other) I can observe up to 30 ping losses and the cluster is in an unhealthy state for about 15 minutes afterwards.

Please advise on a procedure to perform a live-migration

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1. OCP 4.y.z
2. OSP 16.1

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy OCP on OSP
2. Perform a live-migration of the control-plane

Actual results:
1. Unhealthy cluster

Expected results:
1. Procedure to perform a live-migration for the control plane available.
