Description of problem:

The file 00_gssapi.json sets the policy "AuthServerAuthlist", which is incorrect. The correct new name of the policy is "AuthServerAllowlist" (see https://chromeenterprise.google/policies/#AuthServerAllowlist).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install google-chrome and fedora-chromium-config.
2. Navigate to chrome://policy in Chrome.
3. Find the "AuthServerAuthlist" entry in the list.

Actual results:

Chrome displays the state of the policy as "Error: Unknown policy."

Expected results:

The policy is applied and works correctly.

Additional info:

This new policy name is the replacement for AuthServerWhitelist, which was deprecated as noted in bug #1938931. See https://chromeenterprise.google/policies/#AuthServerWhitelist for the deprecation notice and new name.
