Description of problem:
I'd like to request to package lua-ldap for EPEL8.

LuaLDAP is a simple interface from Lua to an LDAP client. It enables a Lua
program to:
* Connect to an LDAP server;
* Execute any operation (search, add, compare, delete, modify and rename);
* Retrieve entries and references of the search result.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 	lua-ldap-1.1.0-3.el8.x86_64.rpm or any later version

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install lua-ldap


Actual results:
No match for argument: lua-ldap


Expected results:
Installing:
 lua-ldap x86_64 1.1.0-3.el8 epel
