libxml2-2.9.12-2.fc34.x86_64 has an XML formatting regression, fixed upstream by this commit: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxml2/-/commit/13ad8736d294536da4cbcd70a96b0a2fbf47070c

This breaks a piece of the virt-install test suite for example

Please backport to Fedora!
