Since 6.9 is using puma by default and its default config is not enough for Satellite servers which have constantly high server load. It would be great to tune puma based on tuning profile selected during the upgrade. Alternatively, we could have a post-check to warn people to consider tuning puma manually after upgrade.

Once we have resolved updates to the tuning profiles for Puma in #1959691 - this request will be naturally a part of that. Therefore I am opting to close this as a duplicate.
