Describe the issue:

Our 'Block Device to Openstack Guide' has user capabilities defined for invidual components of OSP and alternatively we can create single user with all capabilities for all components like cinder, glance etc which is mentioned in our RHOSP guide which should also be reflected in our guide.


Suggestions for improvement:
----------------------------
Add a note in 'Additional Recources'[1] and share the link of RHOSP guide [2] to set the user capabilities for authentication with Ceph.
