1. Run FFWD 13 to 16.2. Upgrade first the Undercloud
2. Run openstack tripleo validator run --validation container-status --plan qe-Cloud-0 --extra-env-vars 
   ANSIBLE_STDOUT_CALLBACK=default --python-interpreter /usr/bin/python2
