Description of problem:
incorrect information about usage of ceph orch osd rm
Message says that user needs to provide svc_id, it should be osd_id

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
16.2.0-40.el8cp

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure 5.x cluster 
2. Try looking a help message of ceph orch osd rm

Actual results:
[ceph: root@ceph-vasishta-1621437054384-node1-mon-mgr-osd-installer /]# ceph orch osd rm    
Invalid command: saw 0 of svc_id(<string>)..., expected at least 1
orch osd rm <svc_id>... [--replace] [--force] :  Remove OSD services


Expected results:
Users needs to be asked to provide osd_id
