Note that the soname has again changed to libgsl.so.27 (the soname bump was forgotten in 2.7 and got done in 2.7.1 : https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gsl.git/commit/?id=77e7c7d008707dace56626020eaa6181912e9841 )

gsl-2.7.1 was built in January and is shipped in F38 stable.
