Description Bob Relyea 2021-06-02 00:08:29 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1966815 +++

To be able to rebase Firefox ESR and Thunderbird ESR to the latest upstream version 91 that is planned for summer/early autumn we have to have the NSS/NSPR packages ready in required versions, so they can be used to build the Firefox and Thunderbird packages on RHEL 8.5.

Currently the required versions are: nss >= 3.66 and nspr >= 4.30, but for the latest information please see DESKTOP-411. If you have more information about the required version from your upstream, please let us know in the issue as well.

Based on Firefox update policy in RHEL document we have the following strategies for NSS/NSPR:

    System NSS/NSPR will be rebased
