Description of problem: Unable to update the repository list ([RestClient::InternalServerError]: 500 Internal Server Error)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install satellite and Capsule with 6.10 Snap2.
2. Run the Capsule sync. (with no content)
3- Capsule optimized sync failed with "Internal error"

ERF12-9562 [ProxyAPI::ProxyException]: Unable to update the repository list ([RestClient::InternalServerError]: 500 Internal Server Error) for Capsule https://XYZ.com:9090/container_gateway/repository_list

Actual results:
Internal error comes when we run the capsule sync.

Expected results:
Internal error should not come.

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/32745 has been resolved.

Verified on 6.10.0 snap 5 - the 500 Internal Server Error is gone.
