Description YongkuiGuo 2021-06-02 12:36:59 UTC
Description of problem:
After discussing this with developer, we decided to add tier1 gating tests for virt-what on KVM, AWS, VMWare and HyperV platforms in RHEL8. It will ensure that the virt-what works fine on common platforms.

rjones, could you help add the following rules into gating.yaml in dist-git (from rhel-8.5.0 branch)? Thanks.

- !PassingTestCaseRule {test_case_name: xen-ci.brew-build.tier1.functional}
- !PassingTestCaseRule {test_case_name: 3rd-esxi-esxi65.brew-build.tier1.functional}
- !PassingTestCaseRule {test_case_name: 3rd-hyperv-2019-ci.brew-build.tier1.functional}
- !PassingTestCaseRule {test_case_name: s1-aws-ci_x86_64.brew-build.tier1.functional}
- !PassingTestCaseRule {test_case_name: s1-aws-ci_aarch64.brew-build.tier1.functional}

The gating.yaml file has been added in dist-git. All the tests required for gating passed. Please refer to: https://dashboard.osci.redhat.com/#/artifact/brew-build/aid/37168186
