QE job deployments take long hours.

Details:

Some efforts are already made: VM snapshots, although they cannot support custom THT parameters.

Comment:

Need ability to have custom THT parameters in snapshots.

AIs:

1. Validate whether doing a stack updating a snapshot deployment with custom THT is faster than fresh deploy.

2. Continue with the job consolidation effort.

QE have probably done some progress on this with, for example, deploying from snapshots, but there's no point in keeping this BZ open.
