Description of problem:
It seems that glibc-debuginfo-2.3.2-95.44.i686.rpm

Requires:
glibc-debuginfo-common-2.3.2-95.44.i386.rpm

but for ia64 when the list is retrieived
glibc-debuginfo-common-2.3.2-95.44.i386.rpm is not in the list preventing the
installation of glibc-debuginfo-2.3.2-95.44.i686.rpm.

This bug is filed against RHEL 3, which is in maintenance phase.
During the maintenance phase, only security errata and select mission
critical bug fixes will be released for enterprise products. Since
this bug does not meet that criteria, it is now being closed.
